About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong engineering operations experience to help drive delivery across complex, cross-functional initiatives. In this role, you’ll coordinate workstreams, keep milestones on track, and ensure risks and dependencies are managed to support reliable engineering outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement systems using Modular Open Systems Approach (MOSA) principles to improve interoperability, scalability, and lifecycle affordability
- Architect, develop, and integrate APIs and open-architecture solutions across software components and systems
- Define, document, implement, and support modern engineering delivery practices
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to align execution with business and technology priorities
- Track progress against milestones, surface risks early, and manage dependencies across fast-moving environments
- Provide reporting and stakeholder support to maintain clarity and disciplined delivery
Requirements
- Significant experience in software engineering with a focus on architecture, integration, and API development
- Demonstrated experience coordinating engineering workstreams, delivery execution, and milestone tracking
- Strong skills in engineering operations, reporting, and stakeholder communication
- Experience applying MOSA or similar open-architecture approaches
