About the Role
Join the Windows Cloud Experiences team and help shape the way people connect to and interact with their Windows environments from anywhere and on any device. You’ll work on the next-generation remote desktop experience, partnering with a talented, fast-moving group of graphics remoting engineers and product managers.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and improve Windows desktop remoting features in an agile environment
- Provide technical leadership and help guide engineering decisions across the team
- Collaborate with product managers to translate customer needs into scalable solutions
- Contribute to a culture of rapid iteration, quality, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- Strong software engineering background with experience delivering production systems
- Proven ability to lead technical work and mentor teammates
- Experience working with graphics, remoting, or performance-sensitive systems is a plus
- Comfort collaborating cross-functionally in a startup-like, fast-paced culture
