About the Role
Join a high-performing software development team building next-generation networking solutions for routers that connect to cloud applications. In this hybrid role based in Milpitas, you’ll help ensure the quality of Cisco SD-WAN management layer tooling, including SRE applications and automation utilities.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement high-quality SRE applications and tools for the Cisco SD-WAN management layer.
- Create and execute test strategies, then report results and quality metrics to support release readiness.
- Work with engineers to investigate issues, identify root causes, and drive effective resolution plans.
Requirements
- Experience designing and executing software test strategies for complex systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with software, SRE, and product teams.
