About the Role
Scout Motors is seeking a Senior Specialist to support Finance Operations & Strategy. In this role, you’ll help strengthen how finance operates day to day while partnering with cross-functional teams to shape practical strategies that improve performance and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Support finance operations to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes, and strong controls
- Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze performance trends and identify opportunities for improvement
- Assist with planning, forecasting, and strategic initiatives that align with business goals
- Contribute to process optimization and documentation to increase consistency and scalability
- Help prepare and communicate insights to support leadership decisions
Requirements
- Experience in finance operations, FP&A, or a closely related finance function
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear recommendations
- Working knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Comfort collaborating across teams and managing multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
