About the Role
Acrisure is seeking a Senior Surety Account Manager to support and grow surety relationships in our Miami Lakes, Florida area. You’ll help clients navigate surety needs, ensure timely service, and partner with internal teams to deliver the right solutions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in identifying surety requirements and matching them to appropriate coverage options
- Manage and maintain surety accounts, ensuring expectations are met from onboarding through ongoing service
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather documentation, respond to underwriting questions, and keep deals moving
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and service follow-through
- Track account activity, monitor renewals, and help drive retention and growth
- Support compliance and documentation standards throughout the account lifecycle
Requirements
- Experience in surety (or closely related commercial insurance) account management
- Strong relationship management and customer service skills
- Ability to work with underwriting and internal teams to resolve requests efficiently
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
