About the Role
Join Deloitte Tax’s Tax Transformation Office (TTO) as a Senior Technology Innovation Consultant. In this role, you’ll help improve end-to-end tax service delivery by advancing technology-enabled process improvements across Deloitte Tax offerings.
You will manage innovation requests from start to finish—coordinating stakeholders and moving ideas through established risk, legal, and compliance workflows to deliver measurable value to the Tax practice.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end innovation request lifecycle, from intake through execution readiness
- Coordinate stakeholders to align on scope, priorities, and outcomes for high-impact ideas
- Advance concepts through risk, legal, and compliance processes using established workflows
- Support delivery of technology-enabled improvements that drive efficiency and growth
- Contribute to an innovation-focused team aligned with Deloitte Tax and brand standards
Requirements
- Experience managing innovation or transformation requests in a structured, stakeholder-driven environment
- Strong understanding of how risk, legal, and compliance considerations affect workflow execution
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a focus on measurable outcomes
