About the Role
We’re seeking a Software Engineer III to help design, build, and improve software systems. This role is based in our Home Office and will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software components in support of product and platform needs
- Collaborate with engineers, product, and operations to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Write clean, testable code and help maintain high engineering standards
- Troubleshoot issues, investigate root causes, and implement durable fixes
- Contribute to system design discussions and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements
- Proven experience as a software engineer with increasing responsibility
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and software design
- Experience building and debugging production software
- Comfort working in a team environment using modern development practices
