About the Role
Innovate Rehab and Wellness is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide patient-centered speech and language therapy in a skilled nursing facility. This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours to support strong clinical outcomes and a healthy work environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver speech and language evaluations and individualized treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one therapy while supporting appropriate group or concurrent sessions
- Collaborate with the care team to support patient goals and progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinical standards
Requirements
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license/eligibility to work in the state
- Experience in skilled nursing or comparable healthcare settings preferred
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and documentation practices
