About the Role
William Hill U.S. is looking for a part-time Sportsbook Ticket Writer to join our retail sportsbook team in Lexington, KY. You’ll be the friendly face of the operation—welcoming both regular customers and new bettors while delivering a high level of service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all sportsbook guests, including novice bettors
- Assist customers by answering questions about sports betting options
- Help customers make informed and responsible wagering decisions
- Maintain a welcoming, professional presence at the retail sportsbook
