About the Role
Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is seeking a Senior AVP of Accounting to support the finance organization with strong leadership and disciplined execution. You’ll help ensure accurate financial reporting and support business partners across a diverse real estate portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Oversee accounting operations to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting
- Lead and mentor accounting team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture
- Partner with internal stakeholders to support month-end and other close activities
- Review accounting outputs and investigate variances to maintain strong controls and data integrity
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
Requirements
- Significant accounting experience with progressive responsibility
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, controls, and accounting principles
- Experience leading teams and driving accountability for deliverables
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to partner effectively across functions
