About the Role

Scout Motors is building on an iconic legacy of rugged American vehicles—reimagined for the next generation through electrification, digitization, and innovation. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Creative to lead creative strategy and execution that reflects Scout’s values of respect, exploration, and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Own brand creative direction across campaigns, content, and customer-facing storytelling
  • Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
  • Translate brand strategy into compelling concepts, frameworks, and creative deliverables
  • Oversee production timelines, quality standards, and cross-functional alignment
  • Ensure creative work consistently reflects Scout’s voice, heritage, and modern electrified future

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading brand creative (agency and/or in-house)
  • Strong creative judgment with the ability to guide teams from concept to execution
  • Experience managing budgets, vendors, and project workflows
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing and product stakeholders
  • Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling across multiple channels
