Scout Motors is building on an iconic legacy of rugged American vehicles—reimagined for the next generation through electrification, digitization, and innovation. We’re looking for a Senior Manager, Brand Creative to lead creative strategy and execution that reflects Scout’s values of respect, exploration, and craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
- Own brand creative direction across campaigns, content, and customer-facing storytelling
- Manage and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to bring ideas to life
- Translate brand strategy into compelling concepts, frameworks, and creative deliverables
- Oversee production timelines, quality standards, and cross-functional alignment
- Ensure creative work consistently reflects Scout’s voice, heritage, and modern electrified future
Requirements
- Proven experience leading brand creative (agency and/or in-house)
- Strong creative judgment with the ability to guide teams from concept to execution
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and project workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across marketing and product stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling across multiple channels
