In this Staff Software Engineer role, you’ll focus on building and improving our provisioning platform—enabling secure, reliable connectivity for users, devices, and applications across locations.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain provisioning platform services and workflows
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure systems
- Improve platform reliability through monitoring, automation, and troubleshooting
- Drive technical decisions with a focus on performance, security, and maintainability
- Use AI and automation where appropriate to increase engineering effectiveness
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience building production systems
- Proficiency with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems
- Experience with security-conscious design, reliability, and observability
- Ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor others through collaboration
- Strong communication skills and comfort with constructive, honest debate
