About the Role
Scout Motors is building the next chapter of iconic American vehicles—electrified, digitized, and engineered for real-world adventure. We’re seeking a Staff Technical Product Manager to lead vehicle logistics product strategy and help deliver reliable, scalable experiences across the vehicle lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for vehicle logistics, translating customer and operational needs into clear roadmaps.
- Partner with engineering, software, and operations teams to define requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans.
- Drive prioritization across technical initiatives, balancing long-term architecture with near-term execution.
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on timelines, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Support discovery and validation through research, data analysis, and iterative improvements.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and tradeoffs to leadership and partner teams.
Requirements
- Strong technical product management experience, ideally in connected systems, software platforms, or logistics/operations domains.
- Ability to work comfortably with engineering stakeholders and understand system constraints, APIs, and data flows.
- Demonstrated experience building roadmaps, defining requirements, and measuring product impact.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level updates.
