About the Role

TerraFirma is building the next generation of construction infrastructure by automating how projects move from plan to build. We’re looking for a Supply Chain Engineer to help design and improve the systems that make materials and services more reliable, faster, and cost-effective.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze end-to-end supply chain workflows for construction projects and identify bottlenecks
  • Model inventory, lead times, and sourcing strategies to support predictable project delivery
  • Partner with engineering and operations teams to improve planning, procurement, and logistics execution
  • Develop process improvements and metrics to track performance across suppliers and vendors
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost, risk, and variability

Requirements

  • Experience applying supply chain, operations, or logistics concepts to real-world programs
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, procurement, and operations stakeholders
  • Knowledge of inventory planning, lead-time management, and supply planning fundamentals
  • Clear communication skills for presenting findings and driving alignment
