About the Role
As the Supply Chain Project Manager and dedicated PMO resource for the Lanco Group of Companies, you’ll coordinate and drive execution for key supply chain and logistics initiatives. You’ll help ensure strong governance, clear accountability, and continuous improvement across the end-to-end supply chain—from procurement and inventory to distribution and transportation.
Responsibilities
- Lead project execution and oversee delivery of supply chain, procurement, logistics, inventory, distribution, and transportation initiatives
- Establish project governance, action tracking, delegation, and ownership to keep strategic and tactical work on schedule
- Coordinate all supply chain project activities in Jira, ensuring timely updates, accountability, and follow-through
- Support operational excellence efforts, supplier development, and strategic sourcing programs
- Identify opportunities for emerging technologies, AI-driven solutions, and automation to improve supply chain performance
- Collaborate on technology implementation efforts and integration plans with Epicor ERP
Requirements
- Experience serving as a project manager or PMO resource in supply chain, logistics, or procurement environments
- Proficiency using Jira for planning, execution, and ongoing project tracking
- Strong understanding of supply chain operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution
- Ability to drive accountability through structured governance and clear communication
- Experience evaluating process improvement opportunities and supporting technology adoption (AI/automation preferred)
- Familiarity with Epicor ERP or similar ERP systems is a plus
