About the Role
Boeing Defense Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Systems Engineering Analyst for Flight Simulation Labs in Berkeley, Missouri. In this role, you’ll research, analyze, and organize technical information to help optimize system performance across the program lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to compile technical data for products and programs
- Apply systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools to shape system architectures
- Develop and refine functional requirements and support product design efforts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams supporting engineering, integration, test, and training objectives
- Contribute to program work spanning platforms such as T-7, F-15, F-18, and MQ-25
Requirements
- Experience supporting systems engineering activities (e.g., architecture, requirements, or product design)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into clear documentation
- Ability to use systems engineering tools and follow established methodologies
- Comfort working in a collaborative, program-focused environment
