About the Role
Sphere is building AI-driven compliance for global trade. We’re looking for a Tax Support Specialist to help customers navigate tax and compliance questions as they move through the trade lifecycle—from calculation and registration to filing and remittance.
Responsibilities
- Support customers with tax-related inquiries and compliance determinations
- Help ensure accurate tax handling across jurisdictions with changing requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve workflows and support processes
- Assist in troubleshooting issues related to filings, remittance, and tax calculations
Requirements
- Experience in tax support, tax operations, or compliance support
- Strong understanding of tax concepts and attention to detail
- Ability to work with complex rules and interpret policy changes
- Clear communication skills for supporting customers and internal stakeholders
