About the Role
Join our maintenance leadership team as a Team Manager – Maintenance and help drive standardization and continuous improvement across the Ford Production System. You’ll elevate maintenance performance through safety leadership, data-driven quality improvements, and strong team execution.
Responsibilities
- Address health and safety concerns within the department
- Ensure compliance with government, industry, and corporate safety and operational standards
- Improve safety metrics by providing resources and coaching for safety activities
- Enforce safety process adherence for launch-related updates, construction service safety audits, and inter-department pre-task analyses
- Lead data-driven maintenance processes to improve quality outcomes such as FTT, scrap reduction, and contamination reduction
- Conduct and lead root-cause analysis to prevent repeat issues and improve reliability
Requirements
- Experience leading maintenance operations or supervising maintenance teams
- Strong understanding of safety compliance and process adherence
- Proficiency using data to drive continuous improvement in quality and operational performance
- Ability to facilitate root-cause analysis and implement corrective actions
