About the Role
We’re seeking a Technical Project Manager to help drive a transformation initiative focused on designing, coordinating, and implementing the auto incept process for Advisory and Management New Accounts. This role works at the intersection of business and technology, partnering with RJF Pricing, Advisory stakeholders, technology partners, operations teams, and the Advisory workstream.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across business process design, technical coordination, and implementation planning
- Track and manage requirements, testing readiness, and deployment readiness throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with technology partners and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum
- Support stakeholder alignment across business and technical groups through clear status updates and decision support
- Partner with pricing and advisory teams to ensure the solution meets operational and execution needs
Requirements
- Proven project management discipline with experience managing complex cross-functional initiatives
- Financial services experience
- Strong ability to work closely with both business and technical teams
- Comfort coordinating requirements tracking, testing readiness, and implementation planning
- Availability to work EST hours (remote within EST/CST time zones)
