About the Role
As a Teller I, you’ll provide friendly, accurate service to our customers while building long-term relationships. You’ll handle day-to-day transactions, maintain precise records, and support smooth branch operations.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and process cash and paper transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and negotiable instruments
- Help customers access safe deposit boxes when needed
- Process mail and night drop transactions
- Maintain required records and documentation, including signature cards and related materials
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling money and records
- Excellent customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor
- Ability to follow procedures and maintain confidentiality
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $22.00–$25.00 (annualized equivalent)
