About the Role
As a Therapy Team Lead, you’ll manage a patient caseload while providing day-to-day leadership to a team of physical and/or occupational therapists. You’ll help define and implement best practices to ensure clinical outcomes meet or exceed expectations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support direct reports at the Sheridan Drive location in Amherst
- Partner with HR and leadership to interview, select, train, evaluate, and coach team members
- Collaborate with other therapy leads to develop training opportunities and deliver education
- Review clinical documentation and support consistent, high-quality care
- Contribute to performance management and ongoing learning and development
Requirements
- Licensed therapist with experience in occupational therapy (OT) and/or physical therapy (PT)
- Proven ability to lead and mentor clinicians
- Strong clinical judgment focused on measurable outcomes
- Experience with hiring support, performance feedback, and staff development
