About the Role
At Tend, we deliver dentistry differently—focused on both excellence and ambition. As a Treatment Coordinator, you’re the first point of contact for patients and the person who helps make next steps clear and confident. You’ll guide patients from check-in through checkout and stay connected after visits to support their care journey.
This on-site role helps bridge the front desk and the treatment team. You’ll report to the Studio Manager and serve as a treatment educator, financial guide, and patient advocate—ensuring conversations about care and cost are honest, supportive, and actionable.
Responsibilities
- Manage inbound patient communication and support a welcoming, organized studio experience
- Own the treatment and payment planning process from start to finish
- Explain treatment recommendations clearly and help patients understand options
- Guide patients through financial details, answers, and next steps
- Coordinate with the front desk and clinical team to keep care moving forward
- Follow up with patients to confirm understanding and encourage treatment completion
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead clear, confident conversations
- Comfort discussing financial information in a supportive, patient-centered way
- Experience coordinating schedules, follow-ups, and multi-step processes
- Professional, empathetic approach to patient advocacy
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate closely with a studio team
