About the Role
We’re looking for a UGC creator who can turn real, raw “Ren” moments—calls, cancellations, and long holds—into short-form videos and editorial-style content that people share naturally. This role is built around organic distribution and proving what works with real signals, not ads or vibes.
Responsibilities
- Create phone-native short-form videos using real source material such as call recordings, screen captures, and field footage
- Write and perform deadpan, flat institutional comedy—where the situation is absurd and the delivery stays perfectly dry
- Transform call data into content people screenshot and cite (e.g., cancellation insights, hold-time leaderboards, and “dear [institution]” letters)
- Drive organic reach by understanding why content travels and validating performance with numbers
- Work within a locked brand system and an evolving archive of real call recordings
Requirements
- Strong short-form video skills (hook in the first second, payoff that earns reposts)
- Ability to write and deliver dry, deadpan comedy convincingly
- Comfort turning raw call data into clear, editorial artifacts
- Track record of organic content performance (no paid amplification mindset)
- Portfolio samples that show taste, timing, and execution using real-world source material
Benefits
- Build content with a clear distribution focus—no ad budget, ever
- Work with a growing archive of authentic source material and a consistent brand system
- Opportunity to create content that reads like journalism, not just posts
