About the Role
Chan Zuckerberg Initiative (CZI) is seeking a Vice President to lead Real Estate and Workplace. In this role, you’ll help shape the spaces and workplace programs that support CZI’s mission-driven teams across our flagship initiatives.
You’ll operate at the intersection of long-term strategy and day-to-day execution—building partnerships, guiding planning, and ensuring our workplace environment enables collaboration, productivity, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Set and drive a multi-year strategy for real estate and workplace operations
- Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of workplace programs that support employees and teams
- Partner cross-functionally to align facilities and workplace priorities with organizational needs
- Manage external relationships with landlords, vendors, and other key partners
- Ensure workplace decisions reflect operational excellence, integrity, and a strong employee experience
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in real estate, facilities, and/or workplace strategy
- Strong ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and cross-functional initiatives
- Track record of delivering scalable workplace and space planning outcomes
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to translate strategy into action
- Commitment to mission-driven work and continuous improvement
