About the Role
MAPEI Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support our warehouse and distribution operations in Aurora, IL. In this hands-on role, you’ll help keep inventory accurate, shipments moving on time, and daily warehouse activities running safely in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick and stage customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized shipping and receiving area.
- Handle inbound and outbound shipments, confirming quantities and details against shipping documents.
- Load and unload pallets and containers safely, using proper lifting and warehouse procedures.
- Pack products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging for safe transit.
- Support inventory control by keeping stock locations orderly and assisting with routine warehouse tasks.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
- Comfort with physical work, including lifting and moving pallets/containers.
- Basic understanding of shipping/receiving processes and documentation accuracy.
