About the Role
We’re looking for a Windows System Administrator II to support and maintain our enterprise infrastructure. In this role, you’ll administer Windows Server systems and core identity and collaboration platforms, helping ensure reliability, security, and strong performance across critical IT services.
Responsibilities
- Perform day-to-day administration of Windows Server environments
- Manage Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, and access controls
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD) to support enterprise identity needs
- Support MFA and SSO solutions and troubleshoot authentication and access issues
- Monitor infrastructure health, investigate incidents, and resolve server and application problems
- Administer VMware technologies and support related infrastructure tasks
- Assist with backup operations and disaster recovery activities to maintain business continuity
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders on ongoing support and project work
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Windows Server in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory and identity/access management
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (Azure AD)
- Hands-on experience supporting MFA and SSO solutions
- Working knowledge of VMware technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot effectively and work independently while balancing operations and projects
