Abercrombie & Fitch Key Lead (Floor Supervisor) - Retail Leadership - Part-Time

About the Role

As a Key Lead at Abercrombie & Fitch, you’ll help deliver a great in-store experience for every customer. Working as a Floor Supervisor, you’ll coach and support Brand Reps and Stock Associates while helping the store run smoothly and hit daily sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead open and closing routines to ensure the store is ready for business
• Coach team members to deliver strong customer service and a polished brand experience
• Support daily sales performance by driving floor execution and team achievement
• Use register/point-of-sale systems accurately during shifts
• Help protect company assets and follow store procedures
• Maintain attention to detail across visual displays and presentation
• Apply system skills to support store operations
• Bring proactive thinking to daily priorities and floor needs

Requirements

• Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays, plus certain holidays
• Ability to work at least 12–16 hours per week (schedule varies weekly)
• Strong attention to detail and comfort taking initiative on the floor
• Basic product knowledge and brand awareness mindset
