About the Role
We’re seeking a proactive Account Manager to own and grow client relationships while ensuring a consistently high level of service. You’ll partner with internal teams to support smooth delivery, address client needs quickly, and help identify opportunities that strengthen long-term retention.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
- Manage day-to-day account needs, including inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project execution
- Track account performance and flag growth opportunities
- Create client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and account updates
- Assist with onboarding new clients and keep account documentation accurate
- Investigate and resolve client concerns with practical, timely solutions
- Support business development efforts and improve client retention
Requirements
- Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple accounts
- Comfort preparing clear reports and presenting updates to stakeholders
- Customer-first mindset with a track record of resolving issues effectively
