Account Management Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Client Reporting & Presentations

About the Role

We’re seeking a proactive Account Manager to own and grow client relationships while ensuring a consistently high level of service. You’ll partner with internal teams to support smooth delivery, address client needs quickly, and help identify opportunities that strengthen long-term retention.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients
  • Manage day-to-day account needs, including inquiries, requests, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support successful project execution
  • Track account performance and flag growth opportunities
  • Create client-facing materials such as reports, presentations, and account updates
  • Assist with onboarding new clients and keep account documentation accurate
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns with practical, timely solutions
  • Support business development efforts and improve client retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple accounts
  • Comfort preparing clear reports and presenting updates to stakeholders
  • Customer-first mindset with a track record of resolving issues effectively
