About the Role
Episcopal Homes of Minnesota is seeking an experienced Accountant to support our Finance team. In this role, you’ll help ensure accurate reporting, strengthen day-to-day accounting processes, and partner with leaders to support responsible financial decisions in a mission-driven senior care organization.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage key parts of the month-end and close process
- Support improvements to accounting operations, controls, and documentation
- Prepare and review financial information to support internal reporting needs
- Collaborate with department leaders to provide clear, actionable financial insights
- Maintain organized accounting records and support audits as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in accounting and financial close activities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
- Comfort working with financial data and documentation
- Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate professionally
