About the Role
Join The Pokémon Company International and help strengthen accounts payable operations and improve the processes that keep payments accurate, timely, and compliant. In this role, you’ll analyze workflows, identify opportunities for improvement, and partner with stakeholders to enhance day-to-day AP performance.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze accounts payable processes to find inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Support AP operations by helping maintain accurate procedures and documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline approvals, payment workflows, and reporting
- Assist with process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives
- Help ensure invoices and payment activities align with internal controls and company policies
Requirements
- Experience supporting accounts payable operations and/or finance operations
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and data
- Comfort working with stakeholders to gather requirements and drive process changes
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and compliance
