About the Role
Medical Billing Center is looking for an Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to support outpatient physical therapy practices with proactive revenue cycle management. In this full-time role, you’ll help manage outstanding claims, improve collection performance, and strengthen cash flow. The position is available remote (must live in the United States) or onsite in Greenville, SC.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage outstanding AR and aged receivables
- Resolve claim issues and work denials to improve reimbursement outcomes
- Support timely collections to maintain strong cash flow performance
- Coordinate with internal teams to keep billing and payment information accurate
Requirements
- Experience working AR and/or claims in a healthcare revenue cycle environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to track and follow up on accounts
- Comfort working independently in a remote or onsite setting
