About the Role
Roku is looking for an Ad Operations Associate to support our Sponsorships team. Roku is the #1 TV streaming platform in the U.S., Canada, and Mexico, and our mission is to connect the TV ecosystem—from viewers to content publishers to advertisers. In this role, you’ll help ensure sponsorship campaigns run smoothly and deliver against business goals.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day ad operations tasks for sponsorship campaigns
- Assist with trafficking, setup, and campaign readiness to support timely launches
- Monitor campaign performance and help troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate delivery, reporting, and documentation
- Maintain organized records of campaign details and operational workflows

- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with operational processes
- Basic understanding of digital advertising workflows and campaign setup
- Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and manage shifting priorities
- Clear communication skills and a proactive mindset
