As a Senior Marketing Operations Specialist, you’ll help power the systems and processes that support our marketing teams, ensuring campaigns run smoothly and performance data is accurate and actionable.
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize marketing operations workflows, tooling, and reporting to support campaign execution
- Coordinate data flows across marketing systems to improve lead capture, attribution, and segmentation
- Maintain dashboards and performance reporting for key marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements for tracking, automation, and campaign measurement
- Support campaign launches by ensuring tagging, QA, and documentation are completed on time
Requirements
- Experience in marketing operations, marketing technology, or a closely related role
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics, tracking, and reporting
- Comfort working with CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Ability to translate business needs into operational requirements and measurable outcomes
- Excellent attention to detail and process discipline
