About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our U.S. operations team. In this role, you’ll manage the permit research and submission workflow from start to finish—ensuring accuracy, clear communication, and timely progress through completion.
This is not a general administrative or data entry position. You’ll use independent judgment and communicate professionally in English with both U.S.-based Operations Leads and government offices on behalf of customers.
Responsibilities
- Research permit requirements using internal databases, AI tools, and official government resources
- Contact U.S. government offices via phone and email to confirm requirements and next steps
- Communicate with customers to gather needed information and clarify requirements
- Prepare and submit permit applications and supporting documentation
- Track each project through completion and maintain accurate status updates
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong accuracy standards
- Independent judgment and the ability to manage tasks end to end
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
- Comfort working with research tools, databases, and AI-assisted processes
- Professional communication with government offices and customers
