About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our U.S. operations team by managing the permit research and submission workflow from start to finish. This role is designed for someone who can deliver accurate results, communicate clearly with government offices, and coordinate next steps with customers.
Responsibilities
- Research permit requirements using internal resources, AI tools, and official government sources
- Contact U.S. government offices to confirm requirements and documentation
- Coordinate with customers to gather needed information and keep projects moving
- Prepare and submit permit applications on behalf of customers
- Track each project through completion and maintain clear status updates
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Ability to use independent judgment while managing task priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfort working directly with U.S.-based Operations Leads
- Experience with administrative workflows involving research, documentation, and follow-through
