About the Role
We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team by managing the permit research and submission process end-to-end. This role is focused on accurate permitting work—not general admin or data entry—and requires strong independent judgment and clear communication in English.
Responsibilities
- Research permit requirements using internal resources, AI tools, and direct government sources
- Contact U.S. government offices by phone to confirm details and ensure compliance
- Coordinate with customers and U.S.-based Operations Leads throughout the permitting lifecycle
- Prepare and submit permit applications on behalf of customers
- Track project status through completion and maintain organized documentation
Requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
- Comfort communicating with government offices and managing sensitive paperwork
