About the Role

We’re seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our Operations team by managing the permit research and submission process end-to-end. This role is focused on accurate permitting work—not general admin or data entry—and requires strong independent judgment and clear communication in English.

Responsibilities

  • Research permit requirements using internal resources, AI tools, and direct government sources
  • Contact U.S. government offices by phone to confirm details and ensure compliance
  • Coordinate with customers and U.S.-based Operations Leads throughout the permitting lifecycle
  • Prepare and submit permit applications on behalf of customers
  • Track project status through completion and maintain organized documentation

Requirements

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Comfort communicating with government offices and managing sensitive paperwork
