About the Role
Join the Office of Regulated Activities (ORA) as an Administrative Assistant supporting a multidisciplinary team focused on regulatory affairs, compliance, and clinical support. This role helps keep day-to-day operations running smoothly in support of the USAMRDC mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide office administration support to program delivery and execution teams
- Maintain organized recordkeeping and documentation for ongoing activities
- Use Microsoft Office tools to prepare, track, and update routine materials
- Assist with administrative coordination to support efficient workflow across the team
Requirements
- 2+ years of related administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong recordkeeping and organizational skills
- US citizenship required
- Public Trust/Other: NACI (T1)
