About the Role
New Leaf Teletherapy (NLT) is seeking a licensed Mental Health Counselor to provide teletherapy services to working adults. In this role, you’ll deliver high-quality, virtual clinical care through a secure telehealth platform while supporting clients in building stronger mental health habits for everyday life.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote mental health therapy to adult clients using a virtual conferencing platform
- Conduct clinical sessions in accordance with applicable professional standards and ethical guidelines
- Maintain client documentation and follow established care processes
- Deliver compassionate, client-centered support while maintaining a strong focus on outcomes
Requirements
- Active clinical license to practice as a mental health counselor (as required by state regulations)
- Comfort and proficiency with teleconferencing and virtual therapy workflows
- Experience providing therapy to adults
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor
