About the Role
BenchMark Physical Therapy, part of the Upstream Rehabilitation network, is looking for a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) with an interest in pelvic health to support patients in a modern outpatient orthopedic setting. This is a part-time and PRN opportunity for clinicians who enjoy helping patients regain movement and return to the activities they love.
Responsibilities
- Assist the physical therapist with patient evaluations and treatment plans
- Support hands-on care and therapeutic exercise under clinical direction
- Help patients stay on track with recovery goals and progress monitoring
- Maintain a safe, organized clinic environment and assist with documentation as needed
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver a supportive patient experience
Requirements
- Current PTA licensure (or eligibility) in Tennessee
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred
- Interest in pelvic health and willingness to learn and grow in this specialty
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
