About the Role
As an Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll help plan, execute, and continuously improve marketing programs that grow brand performance in the local market. You’ll lead insight-driven work across channels such as social, media, retail, and sampling, partnering with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure every touchpoint stays on-brand.
Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of integrated marketing programs across social, media, retail, and sampling
- Analyze performance data and turn findings into clear recommendations for strategy, media investment, and commercial planning
- Serve as a key resource for reporting, monitoring KPIs, and communicating results to stakeholders
- Track budgets and support financial planning activities
- Collaborate with the Business Development (BD) team to support inputs for new product launches and innovation initiatives
Requirements
- Experience supporting marketing programs and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams and external agencies
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deliver integrated campaigns
- Ability to support budget tracking and planning
