About the Role
Roku is seeking a sharp, pragmatic attorney to support legal and business affairs across ad tech and media transactions. You’ll help enable deals that power advertising and content experiences within Roku’s TV streaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Advise on and support ad tech and media-related transactions and commercial agreements
- Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate deal terms, risks, and business objectives
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation in a fast-moving environment
- Support cross-functional teams with practical legal guidance that keeps work moving
- Contribute to scalable contracting processes and effective legal workflows
Requirements
- J.D. and active legal practice experience
- Strong commercial contracting experience, ideally with ad tech, media, or advertising ecosystems
- Excellent judgment, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with business teams
- Pragmatic approach to legal risk and business alignment
