About the Role
Roku is seeking a sharp, pragmatic attorney to support legal and business affairs across ad tech and media transactions. You’ll help the company navigate complex agreements while partnering closely with business stakeholders to enable growth in the TV streaming ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate ad tech and media-related agreements
- Advise internal teams on legal risk, contract strategy, and deal structuring
- Support cross-functional stakeholders with timely, practical guidance
- Help manage and improve contracting processes for efficiency and consistency
Requirements
- J.D. degree and active legal license (state bar admission)
- Experience handling technology, advertising, and/or media transactions
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with business partners and work at pace
