About the Role
Join Summit Wash Holdings as an Assistant Manager and help lead a fast-paced, customer-focused car wash team in Hasbrouck Heights. You’ll support daily operations, coach teammates, and help deliver quick, high-quality service with a friendly, hospitality-first attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist the manager with day-to-day operations and team coordination
- Help ensure smooth workflow and consistent service quality
- Support hiring, training, and ongoing coaching of team members
- Maintain a positive, respectful environment that supports speed and hospitality
- Help uphold company standards for integrity, quality, and customer experience
Requirements
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
- Strong communication and the ability to motivate a team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Reliability and a commitment to excellent customer service
