About the Role

We’re looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our bakery leadership pipeline. This role helps develop future Bakery Operations Managers by combining hands-on operational leadership with team coaching, administrative ownership, and accountability. You’ll step in when needed to support full bakery ownership and help ensure every shift runs with urgency, accuracy, and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Execute core bakery operations, including inventory rotation, scheduling support, staffing coordination, and completion of administrative checklists
• Maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, food safety, and guest experience
• Support the Bakery Operations Manager in day-to-day leadership and operational readiness
• Model urgency and accuracy while helping the team stay aligned with operational priorities

Requirements

• Experience supporting day-to-day operations in a fast-paced food or retail environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and cleanliness standards
• Comfort working with schedules, checklists, and inventory processes
• Leadership mindset with a willingness to learn and grow into higher responsibilities
