About the Role
Join our audit and assurance team as an Assurance Manager. You’ll lead multiple client engagements end-to-end, build strong relationships, and create a welcoming, high-confidence experience for both clients and staff. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented CPA who enjoys partnering with business owners and guiding teams through complex accounting and reporting matters.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple audit, review, and compilation engagements from planning through report issuance
- Act as the primary point of contact for client relationships on assigned engagements
- Design audit strategies and engagement plans based on client risk
- Review financial statements and related disclosures to support compliance and accuracy
- Oversee engagement execution and ensure deliverables meet professional standards and deadlines
- Support and develop staff through coaching, feedback, and engagement leadership
Requirements
- CPA (or equivalent credential) with assurance/audit experience
- Strong understanding of financial statement review, disclosures, and compliance requirements
- Proven ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Excellent client service skills and confidence leading engagement teams
- Experience developing and mentoring staff
