About the Role
Join our team as an Automotive Mechanic specializing in car and light truck maintenance and repairs. You’ll diagnose issues, complete repairs, and perform routine service while following all safety and quality standards. In addition to in-shop work, you’ll support customers with remote or virtual consultations when needed.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose vehicle problems using appropriate diagnostic tools and equipment
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance for cars and light trucks
- Advise customers on recommended repairs and preventive maintenance
- Provide support through in-person interactions and remote/virtual consultations
- Maintain accurate, detailed service documentation for each vehicle
- Use the company app to manage orders, assignments, and communication
- Ensure all work complies with industry safety standards and best practices
Requirements
- Experience repairing and maintaining automotive vehicles (cars and light trucks)
- Proficiency using diagnostic tools to identify vehicle issues
- Strong understanding of safety procedures and quality workmanship
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers about service needs
- Modern smartphone with active internet service
- Comfort navigating mobile apps, digital platforms, and app-based workflows
