About the Role
As a Traffic Manager at Momentum Volkswagen, you’ll help drive dealership performance by ensuring flawless execution of the Traffic Management Playbook, strengthening in-store structure, and supporting Sonic Brand KPI results. You’ll partner closely with dealership teams and the Brand Traffic Management Director to identify opportunities and implement improvements that boost sales and profitability.
Responsibilities
- Ensure 100% compliance with the Traffic Management Playbook
- Own and optimize in-store structure to support consistent customer flow
- Monitor and maintain Sonic Brand KPI performance
- Collaborate with dealership teammates and the Brand Traffic Management Director to identify strengths and improvement areas
- Support New and Used Vehicle operations through cross-functional analysis and coaching
- Work laterally with other dealership leaders to improve overall traffic and sales outcomes
- Report to the General Manager in alignment with your Traffic Management Director
Requirements
- Experience working in automotive retail or dealership operations (preferred)
- Strong ability to follow processes and maintain high compliance standards
- Comfort working with KPI reporting and performance targets
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on operational structure
