About the Role
Revantage, a Blackstone Real Estate portfolio company, is seeking an AVP Software Engineer to help deliver technology that supports corporate services across a global portfolio. You’ll partner with teams across regions to build reliable, scalable software that enables business partners to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of software solutions in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders
- Drive engineering best practices across development, testing, and deployment
- Mentor engineers and contribute to technical standards and architecture decisions
- Evaluate system performance, reliability, and scalability, and recommend improvements
- Partner with product and operations teams to translate business needs into technical outcomes
Requirements
- Proven experience building and shipping production software
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern development practices
- Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor teammates
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Clear communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
