About the Role
Emergence is seeking a Director of IT to lead and strengthen our technology strategy and operations. This is a U.S.-based, remote full-time role focused on ensuring secure, reliable systems that support the organization’s goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT strategy, governance, and day-to-day technology operations
- Manage and improve infrastructure, applications, and internal systems
- Ensure security, compliance, and risk management best practices are followed
- Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize technology initiatives
- Lead vendor and stakeholder relationships as needed to deliver outcomes
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in IT, infrastructure, or enterprise technology
