About the Role
CelbriOS is looking for a Backend Developer to build and maintain the services, APIs, and data systems that power our products. You’ll partner with engineering and business stakeholders to deliver platforms that are secure, scalable, and observable.
The right candidate brings strong backend fundamentals along with practical judgment around reliability, performance, and long-term maintainability.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
- Create and evolve data models using relational and/or NoSQL databases
- Connect internal systems with third-party services and APIs
- Enhance performance, security, and reliability across services
- Build automated tests and maintain technical documentation
- Monitor production systems and help resolve incidents
- Review code and contribute to architecture and design decisions
- Collaborate with frontend, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to deliver features end to end
Requirements
- Proficiency in backend development and API design
- Experience working with databases (relational and/or NoSQL) and data modeling
- Knowledge of integrating services with external APIs
- Strong understanding of reliability, performance, security, and maintainability
- Experience with automated testing and production monitoring
